English translation of the French terms.
1 — Scope
These terms apply to the sale of Contact Express licences by Baptiste Martin, artiste-auteur, SIRET 48996156500038.
2 — Prices
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes and processing and delivery charges. The author may change prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price in force when the order is recorded. Information about prices and availability may change.
3 — Orders
Orders are accepted subject to these terms and placed online through the secure payment provider offered at checkout: SumUp, PayPlug or PayPal. Delivery follows receipt of payment. Contractual information is presented in French and confirmed no later than delivery. Invoices are emailed separately after online purchase confirmation.
4 — Acceptance
By completing the order process, you accept the order and these terms in full. The payment system records constitute evidence of the financial transactions.
5 — Availability
Products and prices remain valid while displayed on the website. If the product is unavailable, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
6 — Delivery
Products are delivered as licence keys and a download link to the email address supplied when ordering.
7 — Delivery charges
The prices in euros include applicable taxes and processing and delivery charges.
8 — Payment
Licences are purchased online using an encrypted, secure payment process.
9 — Payment security
Your card information is encrypted and sent directly to the payment provider without passing through this website. The payment provider appears on your bank statement.
10 — Satisfaction, exchange or refund
The existing French terms provide seven working days from receipt to return a product that does not meet your expectations.
Software licence
Downloaded software is protected by its supplier’s copyright and governed by the accompanying end-user licence agreement. You must accept that agreement to install it. Downloads are for end users under that agreement. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. PRO permits two simultaneous computers and PREMIUM three, sharing the service credits. Copying the software to another server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. Software warranties, if any, are those stated in the licence agreement. Except as stated there, the supplier excludes implied warranties of quality, fitness for purpose, title and non-infringement. The French terms treat downloading as unsealing the product and commencement of performance, referring to Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, and state that withdrawal does not apply to the downloaded product.
11 — Intellectual property
Texts, comments, illustrations and images are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. Only private use is permitted without the author’s prior consent; unauthorised use may constitute infringement.
12 — Liability
The products comply with French legislation. The author is not responsible for non-compliance with the law of the country of delivery or for force majeure, including disruption or strikes affecting postal, transport or communication services, flooding or fire.
13 — Applicable law and disputes
The contract is governed by French law and written in French. The French terms specify the jurisdiction of French courts.
14 — Personal information
Information supplied is used to process orders and support requests. Questions submitted to the bot and contact form may be analysed by our AI provider to prepare a response. Payment details are processed by the payment providers.
Privacy
Baptiste Martin processes information needed for orders, licences and support. Bot and contact-form questions are retained on our private server and may be sent to our AI provider to assess relevance and prepare a response. Do not enter passwords, bank details or licence keys in the public bot. Limited technical data, including IP addresses and session identifiers, help prevent abuse. Bot exchanges are grouped for internal support monitoring. Download-button clicks are counted without confirming completed downloads. On the first trial launch and first licence activation, the software transmits only the product, event type and a random installation identifier; neither an email address nor a licence key is sent by this counter. A fingerprint of that identifier prevents duplicate counts; dated totals and associated data are deleted within five years. A temporary IP fingerprint limits counter abuse. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Certain invoice information must be retained for the legally required period.
